01. Why should I use indoor or outdoor blinds?

Indoor or Outdoor blinds are crafted to help you cut down on energy bills. They can keep the warmth inside during winter as well as cool the interiors by reflecting the heat when it’s too hot outside. You can reduce up to 50% of electricity consumption quite easily by using them. Outdoor: Straight Drop, Deep Channel, Hunter Duglos, Urban Track, PVC cafe blinds
Indoor: Plantation Shutter, Roller, Vertical, Venetion, honeycomb blinds, Roman shades

04. Where are your indoor and outdoor blinds manufactured?

We are local manufacturer and all items are Australian made. We do have factory in Eastern Creek, NSW

5. How long does it take to manufacture and install my blinds?

Depend on numbers, but usually within 2-4 week (plantation shutter can take 4-6 week)

6. What happens if my blinds are damaged in transit?

We will cover all damaged in transit and reproduce and install to your home

7. What are the materials that you use for your indoor and outdoor blinds?

All Australian made fabrics from Visitiontex and similar other company with 10 years warranty on fabrics.

8. Who installs the blinds?

We do have in house installer , who has 10 years of experience installing indoor and outdoor blinds.

9. What is the best way to clean my indoor and outdoor blinds?

While a few curtains are gorgeous when installed and enhance the beauty of the housing manifold with their appearance, cleaning and maintaining them over the years might be a tough task. Not every one of them is machine or hand washable, and they may incur heavy dry cleaning costs every year. If not taken care of, they may also develop spots that may be harder to clean off. Hence, this calls for going for blinds that are easier to dust, brush and wash while they do their job effectively

10. I want to reduce the noise in my home. What type of blind can you suggest?

11. Do you have motorised blinds?

Yes we do supply and install motorised blinds for indoor and outdoor blinds.

12. Do you ask an additional fee for installing the blinds?

Out final quote does includes installation fees. We don’t charge extra.

13. What is the difference between a blind and a plantation shutter?

Blinds can be various types like Straight Drop, Deep Channel, Motorised, Venetian, Roller, Honey Comb etc.
Plantation Shutter is made of Polymer (PVC) and aluminium and no motorised

14. What types of plantation shutters do you offer?

We do supply and install all types of plantation shutters i.e. Plymer (PVC), Basswood Shutter, Internal & External Aluminium in various colors.

15. What is the lead-time for placing an order?

Our lead-time various based on numbers and complexity, but most of the time we do deliver and install within 2-4 week.

16. What are your payment methods?

We honor any type of payment methods.

17. Are your indoor and outdoor blinds covered by any warranty?

Yes our mechanism have 1 years from installation date. Clothes are from Visiontex which have manufacturer’s warranty of 10 years.

18. What is your Returns and Refunds policy?

We do not returns or refunds due to change of mind, because our blinds are custom made and cannot be re-use any where. Any complaints will be attended and fix to your satisfaction.

19. Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we do have showroom at Eastern Creek, NSW. Please call to make an appointment to visit showroom.
